Drawing from my master’s degree in Prevention Science, my current PhD research, and certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching, I’ll help you take the guesswork out of fueling your body.

Together, we’ll create a personalized, evidence-based macro plan that aligns with your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive:

  • A custom macro-based nutrition plan built for you

  • Meal ideas, simple recipes, and a personalized grocery list to make planning easy

  • Weekly support — from email check-ins to video calls — to track progress and make adjustments
