With a master’s degree in Prevention Science, current PhD research in health-promoting behaviors, and certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching, I combine evidence-based strategies with personalized support to help you achieve results you can maintain.

Whether you’re brand-new to fitness or looking to take your training to the next level, we’ll work together to design a customized program that fits your goals, lifestyle, and equipment access. Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive:

  • A tailored workout plan for the gym, at home, or both

  • Coaching on form, technique, and safe progression

  • Accountability through email or video check-ins

  • Plan adjustments as you grow stronger to keep your training effective and engaging
