Step 1: Schedule Your Call
Use the Calendly link on this page to choose a day and time that works best for you. Please complete all the requested information so I can get in touch and prepare for our meeting.
Step 2: Confirm Your Spot
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email confirming your appointment, along with the Google Meet link you’ll use to join the call. You’ll also get a reminder email 24 hours before we meet.
Need to reschedule? No problem—just let me know as soon as possible so we can find a new time or free up the slot.
Step 3: Join the Consultation
At your scheduled time, click the link in your email to join the video call. During this session, I’ll introduce you to Fit by MDW, share my coaching style, outline the services available, and walk you through how the coaching process works. Then it’s your turn—I’ll answer your questions and make sure you feel clear and confident about the next steps.
Step 4: Begin Your Personalized Journey
Here’s where the fun begins! Once we decide which option is the best fit for you, we’ll get started. Every client’s path is unique, but most begin with an individualized program and a plan for check-ins, progress tracking, and support.
